Delivery

Please note that Royal Mail has advised that delivery times may take a little longer during lockdown, please allow 5 working days before contacting us about undelivered items.

Click & Collect

You will be sent an email with your allocated time once your order is ready to collect. We aim to turn orders around within 3 days.
Collections can be made Monday – Thursday between 11 am – 3 pm | Friday & Saturday between 11 am – 1 pm.

Returns

If you wish to return your item then please email on enquires@thebaywindowgiftshop.co.uk  Returned items are at the buyers cost and must be returned in undamaged original packaging with labels intact.
